Custom and personalized orders

As all my tutus are custom made I am unable to do a returns policy on them. Please ensure you have selected the right size. Please message me for further assistance if needed.

Care instructions

Caring for your Tutu is easy! Your tutu will come folded so it will require a little bit of fluffing upon arrival. Remove from the package and hang right away. Start with the inside layers first and work your way out by running your fingers through the layers. Once you have worked your way pulling and fluffing through all of the layers, I recommend hanging the tutu in your bathroom and running a hot shower for 5-10 minutes so the steam can get out any creases - A steamer will also work, just be careful not to get too close. (30 seconds max)

Care instructions for tutus and iron transfer tshirts/onesies

Tutus: If you happen to spill something on your tutu, we recommend that you simply run the areas under warm or cool water and clean by hand then hang your tutu to dry. Once it’s dry just simply refluff. DO NOT wash or dry in the washing machine and dryer and DO NOT iron! Tulle is a delicate material made from 100% nylon and will melt if direct heat is placed on it, such as an iron.

Iron Transfer Tshirts and Onesies: Always wash the garment inside out in a cold, gentle wash and hang dry. Never dry the garment in the dryer. Do not use detergent to wash the garment for the first couple washes.

Domestic & Delivery Abroad

I use the Royal Mail to send my parcels.
According to their website estimated delivery time frames are as follows:
Europe - Delivery in 3-5 working days
The Rest of the World- Delivery in 5-7 working days*
* This means arrival at destination country NOT final delivery address

Please be aware that customs can hold up delivery of items outside these time frames

These time frames should be added on to turn around times for orders. For example: tutu turn around 1-3 weeks plus postage time 3-5 working days.
Please understand that I have no control over Royal Mail, please give yourself enough time for your item to be delivered. And if you need a delivery quickly I suggest using ‘signed for’.

Adult Supervision for Tutus & Accessories

CHOKING HAZARD ~
Hair accessories and other accessories are NOT toys and contain small parts PLEASE do NOT leave a baby or child unattended while wearing ANY hair accessory. Adult supervision is required. Do NOT allow your child to wear any accessory while they are sleeping.

Tutus and tutu dresses are made using a series of hand tied tulle, they are NOT toys and any child wearing a tutu or tutu dress must be supervised at all times.

Araminta Boutique cannot be held responsible or liable for any accidents.

Colour Differences & Variations

Please be aware that colours may look different on various screens and in different lighting.

Returned to sender

If your parcel is returned to us - through incorrect address given or delivery attempted and not rearranged/collected- we are happy to resend it to you. Please beware that you will have to pay again for postage costs and this can be arranged through PayPal.

If you are entitled to a refund, please be aware it will be minus postage costs if delivery has been attempted/it is returned to me.

Outbound shipping is non refundable outside of EU

Returns

I am unable to offer returns on tutus and tutu dresses as they are custom made to order. For orders that are eligible for return the buyer pays return postage and must be returned in new condition and unused. Outbound shipping costs are not refundable to those outside EU

Under section 34, subsection 9 of the CCR, goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition.
If not, as per my rights I will deduct ‘X’ amount due to the value of the goods being diminished.
The value of ‘X’ can be up to the full price
of the item.

Mark your package clearly with ‘RETURN’. If you fail to so and the package incurs customs fees you are liable and any monies owed will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you have 24 hours to cancel tutus and tutu dresses. For everything else in the store the cancellation time is 12 hours.
Please check you understand the lead time of dresses/tutus.
I make all dresses in the order I receive them.
If you wish to cancel after the 12/24 hour period I will charge a 25% cancellation fee, this is to cover the diary reservation and cost of materials that have been ordered.
